Which CRM Would IndieHackers Recommend?

I'm looking for a CRM to manage clients and prospects of our content creation service. Which CRM do other members use? I don't anything bloated with endless (and useless) features.

I'd also love to support a fellow IndieHacker so if you run CRM software please do let me know!

I'm using both HubSpot and Pipedrive for a funded startup @lejc2425

If you need a sleek tool for small scale projects, I would suggest giving a go on Notion / Airtable. Apply the right template and Zapier automation you can achieve similar goals

You can start with Trello, and use it as CRM
A ready template is also available:- https://trello.com/b/lrAIa0JW/crm-pipeline

@lejc2425 I’ve used several and ultimately built my own to completely fit my needs. If you can, go with a bespoke solution that is custom-tailored for what you actually need. It typically beats off-the-shelf every time because you aren’t paying for bells and whistles that don’t apply to your company.

I tried Hubspot for a bit, but as a software developer with no real business/marketing background I found it overwhelming. I'm currently using Airtable as a way to ease into the world of CRMs, and I'm a fan! If you know what you're looking for out of a CRM then Hubspot is probably the best bet, but Airtable is a good, simple alternative!

    Hello Lewis,

I would highly recommend using Hubspot CRM. It is quite powerful and it is free. It integrates with most of the client side software.

Please let me know if you need any help with that...

    Cheers,
