Which email service you are using?

I know Gsuite is popular, but it's $6/user/month which is not that economical. Is there any other option?

Use Zoho Mail, It's free and one of the most secure email Service

It is not free if you want to use IMAP and SMTP...

GSuite is much more than just email though.

And it's so widely used that everything integrates with it, saving you more in effort-cost than what you pay extra in dollar-cost.

Agree. I see so many people paying for extra software when GSuit offers lot's of them out of the box. Looking at you Slack, Hangouts Chat is free with GSuit.

Agreed. I am sure that I will need those features soon.

Don't resist the dark side of the force then. It is your destiny.

I’ve used Fastmail for years now, it’s been super reliable and easy to use. The standard plan is $50/year.

I am using https://privateemail.com just because Namecheap offers it, also I don't want to host everything under Google services.

I use ZohoMail and Amazon SES for bulk emailing.

I'm using Zoho, it's free for up to 5 users, and I'm quite happy with it.

Their client is a bit sucky (no multi-account support), so I wrote my own client for Mac (releasing it soon). If anyone wants a free license, feel free to message me at rony (plus) indiehackers (at) fadel (dot) io

Thanks. I did check them before but their pricing page first describes only the paid option. I see that it's free for 5 users. Thanks.

There's Microsoft's Exchange Online or Office 365 Business Essentials ($2.50/user/month outside the US). The shared mailboxes (e.g. for addresses like 'support@example.com') are a nice feature.

    There's also Amazon WorkMail.

Gmail + Snov.io as email client through SMTP.
Be aware of self-promotion, I'm a part of the team. You can ask me any questions.

One thing I appreciate about GSuite is it has domain aliasing which allows me to quickly setup email for new projects.

I have my own email server running alongside my VPS. Already paying for hosting, full control, so why not?

    I use https://mxroute.com/ .
Just an email provider, no more. 40 bucks a year.
