Hey there! We are talking about frameworks here! Choosing the right framework for your project can be a daunting task. With so many options available, it can be challenging to determine which one is best suited for your specific needs. Two of the most popular frameworks for web development are Angular and React.js. While both are excellent choices, each has its strengths and weaknesses.
Angular is a comprehensive framework that offers everything you need to build large-scale, complex web applications. It is known for its ability to handle heavy data and has an extensive set of features and tools. Angular is ideal for enterprise-level applications that require a lot of testing, debugging, and optimization.
On the other hand, React.js is a more lightweight framework that is focused on the UI layer. It is ideal for building single-page applications that are highly interactive and require real-time updates. React.js is perfect for projects that require a high level of customization, as it allows developers to create reusable UI components that can be shared across different applications.

When choosing between these two frameworks, it's essential to consider the specific requirements of your project. If you need a comprehensive framework with robust features and tools, Angular may be the better choice. However, React.js may be the way to go if you're building a smaller project requiring a highly customizable UI.
Ultimately, the decision comes down to your development team's expertise, project requirements, and personal preferences. Evaluating each framework's pros and cons carefully is important before deciding. By doing so, you'll be able to choose the best framework for your project and ensure its success. So what is your framework of choice? Share your thoughts in the comments.
Nextjs for frontend, Nodejs for backed.
I mostly agree, but there are more options than those two. I worked on multiple early stage startups and MVPs, and I can say one thing - the framework is irrelevant. What matters are tools you're familiar with or can get quickly up to speed with. I've seen people build amazing things quickly with React. I personally found it cumbersome and build pages with (cue Jurassic Park music) Django templates, plain HTML and tailwind for styling. :) I also participated in migrating such setup gradually to React, so it's not a one-way or a binary choice. It's a spectrum
Thank you for the useful information. I use the Value Proposition canvas. This canvas helps me better understand and analyze their customers' needs and preferences objectively.
the good 'ol answer to this is simply whatever you are good and confy with. I am writting my SaaS with vue 3 front end and a python/flask backend... No typescript or aws fancy stuff. just a heroku dyno, and some cups of hard coffee
I agree with @seporaitis that framework is less important.
Certainly less important than many people think.
You can build a project using JavaScript as well as with Python or Ruby frameworks.
As you say, it usually comes down to what the team is used to and has experience with.
My main advice is no matter whatever framework you choose, don't over-engineer it.
This is more important than many people think.
