Hey IndieHackers, I'm thinking about building a workflow to do the following:
- People will get periodic email with link to a form.
- In the form they can take notes / fill out different fields.
- Some data from the fields will go directly to a publicly viewable webpage.
- Some of it will be private but they should be able to go to a webpage to view/edit/interact with the prior info that they submitted.
Which tools should I check out to set up this workflow?
Mailchimp + Airtable + Zapier + Notion?
Would that work if I want to "gate" some of their viewable data? Or would I need something more fully functional like Webflow?
@cckevin You can do this entirely on Bubble.io :)
Other tools can do it, and might be faster, but once you get the hang of Bubble you can quickly stand up complex apps for other ideas you have.
if you plan to accept payments, checkout simplefunnel.io
Hey, you can take a look at DronaHQ (https://www.dronahq.com) and build this Workflow you have in mind. Features you need to look at are - Workflow and Automation to carry out your tasks. You can send emails from the app itself, have forms filled, the data goes to Sheets, integrate using ready to use 3rd party connectors.
