If you use Tally by @MarieMartens (which I found better than GForms), you can sync in G Sheets and go from there easily.
What sort of page do you want to create and publish?
The question is more around what happens after the data comes to Google Sheets. For every newly created row in Google Sheets, we want to create a new page (on a new website) with the submitted data from the form.
I have a customer with this problem and I was able to solve it with Flezr NoCode Builder without any third party integrations like Tally, Zaper.
