Which of the following would make your day simpler:

Hey IH,

I am trying to decide on which idea brings more value, and has a need in the market place. Let me know which of the two is better, or if you think they're both useless. I am trying to objectively see which idea works:

  1. A form you could email customers to fill out questions, and based on their response, use AI show them the FAQ. This would help save you time on support requests and free up more time to work on larger deals

  2. When you’re on a remote video chat, you also get a URL that when clicked, takes you to a note pad where you can write takes notes about the meeting. And the moderators can open questions or ideas for feedback to either be shared or not afterwards.

Thanks!

I agree with @hlucas — respectfully, these feel like useful features that aren’t being borne out of specific problems being solved. Start from a place of “what’s a pain point that customers are willing to pay for in solving?”. (I also highly recommend The Mom Test if you haven’t read it!)

it feels like you have a solution and are trying to create a problem to fit.

For me neither standout as being super useful:

    1. It feels like a to large of a feedback cycle for customers (email -> form -> ai -> faq). Feels like a chat app inside interom or similar would be easier.

    2. Is this one a notetaking app for meetings? Or is a feedback for like how a meeting went, given to the presenter?

A good question to ask yourself is "what problem am I solving with this solution?" (and then validate it).
