Which pricing model do you use - free forever or free trial?

Good question!
For me, freemium feels more like a distribution strategy rather than just a pricing model. It's all about enticing free users to engage with your product in a way that attracts other users, potentially paid ones. If that's not the case, then a free trial might be a better option.

However, setting the right amount of time for users to truly see the value can be quite challenging with a free trial. It's a delicate balance to strike.

That being said, we've opted to utilize the freemium approach in our SaaS.
