Which products are you currently paying for? (or: let's find niches where people are used to paying)
Lately I've been bouncing between:
A. projects that scratch my own itch
B. projects in a niche with proven demand and people paying money
Many people have said this before (including @csallen), but a good strategy to follow would be to:
- find a product/market where people are paying money
- find a niche within that market
- ??
- profit
I kind of would like to combine A and B.
So please share which products you're currently, actually, paying real money for :)
I'll start
- domain names (way too much actually ;)
- email (inbox and sending from custom domain)
- hosting
- website themes
- image editor
- adwords
- logo
- e-books
And here are some things for which I'm currently using a free plan, but would probably pay for if I needed to
- email sending (transactional emails, f.ex. postmark)
- mailing lists
- email automation
- analytics
