Which revenue model should I use?

I have recently launched https://www.devreferral.com.

I get a few signups ( noting significant ) per day .... and I was thinking of ways to monetize my website.

Google ads won't really work, as there is not much traffic.

Could you suggest any ways I could possibly monetize my site?

I have only 1 product at the moment ( A resume builder for Software Engineers )

What really sets this product apart from other generic resume templates, is that it connects with your GitHub account and uses your LinkedIn data to craft a bespoke ATS-compliant resume.

Right I've kept this service free .

But I'm thinking of adding a few paid options as well.

Any advice ?

Later on I plan to add a Referral Section ,where employees from Companies like Google / Netflix etc can share offer referrals to jobs at their companies and other paid offerings like moke interviews with them / coaching .. etc .
