What is your experience and recommendations with website scraping tools, which ones would you recommend? I need to setup a demo project to get product informations from e-commerce website and transform it into a specific rss format (Google Merchant feed). Indie hackers platforms preferred, so let me know if you know any <3

It depends on your use case. If you need to additionally monitor data for changes, https://datanamo.com can be a good choice (full disclosure: I'm the founder).
If you don't want to code then puppeteer / scrapy / scrapinghub or similar solutions are not the best choice.
