Which tool and what kind of a model to use for SaaS referrals?
We are planning to have a referral program for our SaaS product, but we are not sure about few things:

What kind of a model should we have i.e.:
*some sort of a success payment
*provision of SaaS credits
(Any use cases are appreciated) -
How do you prevent/minimize fraud in such cases?

And which tool do you recommend for easy and quick integration with Stripe for managing referrals?

In case of your tool, i would recommend both. Affiliates should be given an option to choose.
In case of persons already using your platform, most of them want to cover their costs they already paying. For others like bloggers and influencer they would want straight money.
Most of the affiliate programs pay through paypal instead of stripe.
I see you've built your site on wordpress. There are few good plugins which will meet your requirements mentioned above. Ask your developer to launch them. If you dont have one let me know
