Which tool will be most useful for PMs?

I'm exploring two problems that are in my domain space. Want to get your opinion as part of my customer discovery :)

Which tool will be most useful for PMs
  1. Jira for data science projects
  2. Using NLP to simplify technical documents

    As a career PM, I can't think of a use case for either of these solutions. I would be curious to hear the problem you think each would solve?

    Really depends on how technical, but I'd be curious to see what you've got cooking for the second bit and how high quality the summarization/simplification is
