White-label app+cms for selling/shopping with live-tracking

I am looking for someone to join my venture in re-selling a white label hybrid (android+iOS) mobile application which also has developed the content management site. The application can be used for different selling/shopping businesses and also for any type of deliveries businesses (food delivery etc). The platform would provide the business not only the costumer mobile app but also the delivery/store app which would allow them to follow the order, track live the location of the costumer etc.
