Who are our competitors? Friend? Enemy?

I am Faruk, the founder of MonitUp.com.

Would you contact the founders of your competitors? Do you talk to them? Would you ask them questions?

When anyone asks me a question, I answer. If he/she needs help, I'll try to help. I'm sure my competitors are having similar problems as me, but when I want to talk with them, how do they respond?
