Who do you follow in the productized services space?

As I've been building my productized service I've been looking for other people to follow and learn from. I created a Twitter/X list of folks talking about how they're building their productized services: https://twitter.com/jfleuraime/status/1702353470047617428

I'm looking to get it to 100 people.

Any recommendations on folks I should add?

    I always associate the concept of productized services with Greg Hickman. I feel like he was one of the main originators of the concept.

      There are quite a few actually. Most are focused on CMS like WP/Webflow but there are others that focus on app development/support. Some I can think of:
