Who has a SaaS selling to SMB?

It would be great to start a thread whereas we discuss the unique issues with SMB customers.

So far no real SMB type SaaS

Can you define what you mean by SMB? “Small to Medium Business”? It sounds like you mean what I would call “local businesses” but not sure if there is a better name.

    We've built PriceWell,
a tool to help SMBs and creators collect, manage and optimize their subscriptions in less than an hour without coding needed.

Essentially we are an end-to-end billing team for SMBs (from Pricing UI and Subscription Management to Invoice and Tax Automation), so you don't have to hire a developer.

Thanks - You guys do not fit the SMB typical seller. As your segment is specific to "internet sales" personas. About 90% of SMB has not migrated to "internet sales" yet. (such as : a photographer, a wedding planner, a plumber, a kitchen an bath installer, a driver service, a handyman, ect)

That alone IMHO stands as a pure validation and motive to keep it going.
So much unmet demand yet on the table.

Good idea, I'm building https://www.joinbuzz.com currently moving from early stage startups 5-10 ppl to focusing more on SMB's 😃

My SaaS is a purely SMB play with a few enterprise level customers.

I built StandupWizard primarily to solve a pain at the SMB-level, however I would say at this point it's not exclusive to SMBs either.

https://www.engageful.io while not exclusive to SMBs, does target them!

There is a SaaS group in indiehackers. Did you check that?
