If you didn't know, Google launched stories last week.
https://stories.google/
It allows you to serve stories-style content as AMP from your website.
AMP's always rank higher in search results than other content because they were built with speed in mind (Accelerated Mobile Pages). Speed = Better UX (I dont make the rules. Google does 🤷🏽♂️ )
Initial users seem to be magazines and news orgs. I think they are just repurposing their instagram stories on their site. What is the point of putting all that work into a story that disappears if I am a publisher ?
Now, I can reuse them on my site.
What snack-able content publishing business will you build if you had a way to rank on Google search cause ?
Looks like there is quite a lot of traffic. Google claims 800M uses use the Discover feature which will be a source of discovery for Stories: https://blog.google/products/search/introducing-google-discover/
