Who is Joshua Small? 🚀 Meet Joshua Small — Real Estate Visionary & Founder of CloseHive, Revolutionizing How Homes Get Sold

Hey Indie Hackers! 👋

I’m Joshua Small — a licensed real estate agent, entrepreneur, and automation enthusiast on a mission to transform the real estate industry forever.

If you’ve ever felt the frustration of slow, confusing home sales or wished real estate closings could just work like magic, you’re not alone. That’s exactly why I built CloseHive — the world’s first all-in-one real estate closing platform designed to make buying and selling homes simple, transparent, and lightning-fast.

My Journey So Far
Starting out in real estate, I quickly realized the industry was stuck in the past: endless paperwork, scattered communications, and agents juggling dozens of tools just to close a single deal.

With a passion for automation and tech, I dove headfirst into building CloseHive — a mobile-first app that automates contracts, tracks milestones, and centralizes communication for sellers, buyers, and agents.

Today, CloseHive is redefining what real estate closings look like and empowering thousands of users to close faster and with less stress.

Why Indie Hackers Should Know Joshua Small
I’m building CloseHive in public, sharing every step, lesson, and breakthrough.

I’m a real estate insider who codes and designs with a user-first mindset.

My goal is to scale CloseHive into the operating system for real estate transactions worldwide.

I’m passionate about creating referral economies that reward anyone helping close deals.

I believe tech can bring peace, clarity, and power to an industry desperate for innovation.

What’s Next?
CloseHive is growing rapidly — and I’m laser-focused on expanding features that automate the hardest parts of closing deals, integrating AI, and building a referral network that rewards the everyday person.

If you’re into real estate, proptech, automation, or startup journeys, I’d love to connect.
