I hope that all have read founder's post that a great business idea must be strong in at least four parts :
the problem you're solving and the people who have it (i.e. the market)
the distribution channels to reach customers
the monetization model you use to make money
the solution to the problem (i.e. your product or service)
And that you were hear advice - start with problem first.
it looks like a goldenfield: everybody tells that a lot of gold still waiting for everywhere, but the problem is often where to start to dig.
For example, if hacker will try to solve his own problem, than more likely it would be hacker's problem means that he would have to sell it to another hacker. But is hackers the best buying auditory he dreams about?
Possibly Not. Most people dreams to sell something valuable to buyers with money.
So my question is:
Who is have the same problem - find the better place to start research to find a great business idea?
Your breakdown of the four pillars of a strong business idea (problem, market, distribution, monetization, product) is a solid reminder that most founders over-focus on the solution and underweight everything else — especially distribution, which is usually the real bottleneck.
I also like the point about “solving your own problem vs solving a problem in a paying market” — that mismatch is where a lot of indie ideas quietly fail.
Quick one — do you work on ideas/projects like this?

Also, I don't share the 4 parts prior to the start, just get started, if you have focus, you'll figure them out on the go.
