Who is still active in prop tech?
Just got my MVP launched (a tool for agents, admins, and small teams) and after a bit of a hiatus from IH I figured I’d drop by and see who else is building something in the space. That said, it looks pretty quiet in here. Anyone else still in the prop tech space, or is everyone over in whatever AI groups have popped up on here?
Congrats on launching your MVP! I'm excited about this space. My partner and I are real estate investors. Worked with agents a lot but not agents ourselves. Still curious about your product. I'll check it out if you link it!
I'm actually just deployed my own MVP off of a platform I originally build for myself to track my portfolio (link bank account, create properties, auto-categorize expenses and track depreciation, and more!). Fun side experiment!

Honestly, PropTech + AI is the future. Most agents are losing deals because of 'dark & boring' photos, so we're building a fix for that.

I just joined this space, and I know it is still very much alive. I get what you mean though —AI is deff stealing the spotlight right now.
