None: but why should twilio get everyone business , they makes hundreds of millions of dollars. same as Starbucks for coffee, but the guy across the street can give you a cup of coffee too. You dont always have to go with the big brand name
I'm all for competition, but at the same time, as a new business / platform offering, the risk of you going out of business is drastically higher than those other guys.
At least if you offered some differentiating features you'd be able to add a bit more faith that you're doing something special and not just a low quality copy.
When implementing a service into a system, those hundred millionaire companies at least can provide piece of mind that they are probably a fairly reliable service, worth building your business on top of.
