Who out there has more than one side hustle?

Curious, because I couldn’t imagine my life with something in addition to Safety Knights due to the sheer time commitment.

Those with more than one side hustle and a full time job. How do you do it?

I do have more than one "side" hustle, but I would describe them like spinning plates. Once spinning they no longer need as much effort to continue, I also try to overlap tasks between things to get the max value out of my time.

For example, I started a YouTube channel and I'm doing live coding for an ionic app and this "starter app" will be used for my next product. Check it out here http://bit.ly/DarrenRoganYT but it is difficult to find the time, I'm aware it will take me longer doing more than one but that's okay with me.

I've also started using https://nx.dev/ to change my approach to product development to make "components" that are sucked into a product. This is going well and makes having multiple "side hustles" easier with a Monorepo and sharing components/code build a building/maintaining perspective.

I also outsource tasks to others to give me back the time that I otherwise wouldn't have. For example the marketing I use a freelancer etc as they are more effective than I am (even if I'm investing my cashflow into those people).

Time management is massive for me, I have scheduled time blocks that I allocate to different things.
