We believe the perfect product team strucure is this. We saw it working in companies at scale as well as for us as an indie team.

Having 2 similar profile that easily work together is gold to challenge each other in a positive way.
Lot of the questions really depend on what kind of people you already have or want to work with and what type of product you're building but I think the answers are pretty much spot on. Obviously there is no perfect mix per se but you can get really damn close!
