Hi happy hackers, I recently released a tool to help homeowners before and while selling their home. Got a lot of positive feedback on it but its pretty hard work for a one-man team. Would love to collaborate with someone on it.

Negotiable. If you identify some work you could do that would boost my product I'd be happy to do a one off payment for that.
The ideal though would be someone willing to take a share in the business (can supplement that with a small monthly payment)
