Who will own my side project with this term?

I see nothing unusual here, it reads as a standard work contract.
You seem to be overlooking the key phrase here "and conducted on the premises of the Company" or are you planing on working on your side project while on your day job?
if not you are all good.

I think the key sentence here is “in the course of employment”. Is this working hours or also includes non -working hours if it’s related to the conpany’s market? Best to consult with a lawyer imo

Those terms just apply to the working hours. If you do a side business in your spare time, it's yours. Don't worry about that.

I think you should talk to a lawyer in your country about it. It may change between places.
