Who works in the marketplace? how you pay out your sellers, authors, freelancers, vendors e.c?

What do you use? yourself solution or some SaaS service or some API? is it auto or you use people’s work?
In my product, I use Stripe Connect but I think it doesn’t work on All world.
I know some companies, they built it ourselves. it took too much time and money.
