Wholesome Leads

I'm wondering if anyone is using a tool that lets you redirect a user from an email form to their (just created) profile form to fill in more info? In my case I want to ask them for their email and once they submit it, give them the option to fill in their full name and location (but still have the email in case they don't want to fill out the rest) #ask-ish
