Who's hustling Friday afternoon?

Today is a very exciting day for me. Got the whole day blocked off to camp out in a coffee shop and think big picture stuff for 2020!

End of year - first customers at sendhoney.com that AREN'T my friends/family.

Yesterday - I moved the paywall around so people can try out SendHoney and see how easy it is to set up a flower delivery schedule.

Today - Watch as the first deliveries go out and do a little backend stuff that's on my list of things to do. I'll also try watch a couple videos about SEO and figuring out this social media crap.

I spent the past few months really heads down on a no-code platform. I'm just coming up for air, and starting to let a few people try it out with warts and all.

Today I'm reaching out to 10 friends I know will give unfiltered feedback.

Yesterday I got the damn thing on the internets :)

For me it's more hustling Friday night 😅

What will you accomplish by end of year?

Release the first version of my habit development app, after working on it the last half a year 💪

What did you do yesterday to work toward your goal?

• Finished up the In-App purchases of the app
• Polish up the UI for doing these purchases

What will you do today?

• Design and integrate the Membership subscription into the app.

I built a SaaS for visual coding and IoT , released it today and I hope to get 100 users by the end of the year. Https://rodened.com
I have worked with it everyday and Will Continue everyday!

Working on final tweaks and changes to the Basin blog index and post templates, and brainstorming some ideas for a few initial posts. For end of year, finish off the UI designs for Basin 2.0. I'm about 35-40% done. Lots of screens and states to go!

BIG day here!

• Fixing paid / free entitlements so we can go to open beta on 1Brand next week!
• Finalize my list of prioritized initiatives for 2020 & OKRs
• Wrote my 2020 year-end review (I write those a year in advance as a planning doc. Super fun to see how they align with actual results)

Well I'm a bit late, but might still get some things done today.

EoY:

• 3 customers for Developer Select
  Done:
• Wrote a pitch cover letter and slides for intro calls.
  ToDo:
• Reach out to 5 clients hiring for long term contracts on Upwork. I want to see if I can leverage that platform as a prospecting channel...I've seen it work for marketers and cold callers, why not my company too :P
• Follow up with sales helper to see how it's going. So far I've heard there is interest and a followup call with an insurance firm...exciting interest at the very least.

Today: Work on digest creation, display and mail flow from my transactional mail provider

By the end of year - Launch a free and paid desktop app version of Polished!

Yesterday - Continued working on image and link support for the editor.

Today - Wrap up features on markdown editor and fix bugs. Preparing to get Electron set up to begin the desktop app.

End of Year => Ship full test editing and composition
Yesterday => designed and refactored existing code to prepare for new data model
Today => first code change atop the refactor
