Who's playing poker?
For over eight years, I played poker.
I financed my studies and my first startup with my earnings.
THNL, PLO, Razz, Studs, H.O.R.S.E, ... all these variants have found my interest.
Even though I haven't played this game for several years now, it was a great opportunity to earn a valuable experience for entrepreneurship.
I consider even this periode of my life as an non-official MBA for entrepreneurship.
Especially for negociations, sales, organisation, cash-management, managing emotions, risk calculation, dealing with failure and to establish a good strategy in the long run.
Pratical examples:

A tournament is won thanks to the multitude of small decisions made throughout its course and not only on a few hands.

Chasing the positive expected value in cash game allows you to set yourself limits and ensure gains in the long run.

I used to think online casinos were either for hardcore fans or for those who expect instant miracles. It turns out there's a more relaxed format.

on a colleague's recommendation, without much interest. I just wanted to see how things worked. I started with the minimum bets and tried different genres.
What I liked was that there was no sense of rush. You can calmly choose a game, read the description, leave, and come back later. Now I mostly play slots with simple mechanics.
The experience is smooth, without strong emotions, but that's exactly what I was looking for. Sometimes that's even better than overly exciting experiences.
I love playing Hold'em with my friends, and I want to praise the HORSE game
This is a pretty cool game. I play on https://gangnamholdem.org since my friends recommended it to me . And they also told me about HORSE before, but we didn't play, but then we started playing, and I liked it.
What other games do you know, and what games do you play with your friends?
I would like to find some games that you can play with your friends online, other than the ones that we still play.

Interesting. In reality, what all this has in common is not poker, but mathematical concepts.
However the approach shown in the video has the merit of being clear and talking to poker players :)
