Why are there always problems when ordering furniture online?
Hi there. I hesitated for a long time and finally ordered a massage chair from an online store. It was a reliable site with good reviews. Hi. I had a similar situation. I ordered a BBQ for the patio. It arrived on time, but did not work due to damage to some mechanism. They replaced it within a day and gave me a 20% discount. It's a great deal:)
