Why aren't more US/EU local business leveraging services from latam companies?

Hi!

I'm a filmmaker from latam (currently based in Chile) and I was thinking of how strange is for latam companies to work with international clients even though you can get really good quality work from here on a very cheap pricetag (in comparison with other US/EU companies)

Nowdays the legal hassle is insignificant in comparison with the costs difference, so I just keep wandering if it's only a matter of latam companies -lack of- promotion and communication.

Have you had any experience with foreign providers? I'll be happy to read you : )
