You might not be targeting the right audience for you. Try to put more effort on landing page and content optimization. I've been doing twik.io for sometime now, it's basically all about matching the content to your ultimate audience and drawing it to your website, and for me it's proven to do something in terms of conversions improvement.
Improve the UI for starters. Go on upwork and hire a developer to help make it pop

I'm not sure the purpose of the site. There's not a lot of clarity or description as to what you want the audience to do with your website.
Thanks so much for your post! I've seen that comment come through consistently; it's to let you tell your story & let others read it, so we understand each other a little more.
I've moved the CTA to the front page and will create a quick splashscreen to let people know what to do, something like "the more we know about each other, the more we understand"?
The enormous banner announcing the tracker was a big turn-off for me. You should make it more subtle.
You posted a description of what the website is for but I could not get that from reading the website.

Hi Jon, It looks a lot better! You should work on developing a computer-friendly version of the page though. I personally typically do not spend long on websites that are not formatted for computers.
A big thing is that your landing page is not actually a landing page. There is nothing on the page describing what the website is and what the benefits are to the readers/posters.
I could not figure out that I can sign up and create interviews. The landing page needs to be more detailed.

Hi Primer,
Your comment echoes others and it really is the question. The problem is that short-form communication seems to lead towards quick judgement of others; creating an interview will let people get a better idea of each other and hopefully build some understanding.
I've created some basic onboarding and brought the CTA forward, hopefully guiding people.
I've got some Google Ads running, let's see what people do
