Why being consistent is so hard as a founder?

It’s just so hard to stay consistent sometimes, especially as founders, creators, makers or indie hackers.

There are a few reasons that are stopping us from being consistent.

There are people who want to get the most out of their mental energy, and have to be strategic about how they refuel.

A recent study found that those who spent time in a room with natural light, rather than artificial light, scored significantly higher on tests that measured attention span and sleep quality.

Just as you need to plan for the meals you eat each day, set aside time to replenish your mental energy through restorative activities – such as walking outside.

This one crucial tactic is a secret that helps even the most productive people achieve their goals.
