Support access plays a role too. Field staff don’t have time to wait on hold, and office teams can’t afford work to stall. Multiple support channels keep workflows moving and prevent small questions from turning into major delays.
One of the most overlooked aspects of training is role relevance. Caregivers, schedulers, billers, and admins don’t need the same information. When software forces everyone through the same training path, confidence drops fast. When training matches the user’s role, people apply what they learn immediately, and that’s when adoption sticks.
Updates are where many systems fall apart. Agencies delay improvements because retraining feels expensive. Platforms that include in-product tips and guidance remove that fear. Instead of meetings and memos, the system quietly explains what changed and why, letting staff adjust without disruption.
