I was sick and tired of working in a corporate tech firm. All of their tools that they use for employee well being did not address important stuff.

Started to feel shitty when my feedback to the upper management was not heard. I saw a niche for a easy to use survey/analytics tool for employees to give anonymized feedback through slack.

Basically I want to build a tool that management can quickly deploy and start measuring their teams well being in minutes.

Development is still in progress but you can check the landing page here - https://wellb.ee

It all started because I wanted to fix my own problem. I was actively helping businesses grow through Facebook ads and I wanted a way to build audiences better and faster.

Once I saw results for myself, I thought why not provide it as a service to other marketers like myself. https://www.adinterestpro.com/

90% of tech startups fail, so i wanted to create tools that help startups validate their feasibility faster, and understand the costs involved in turning their idea into a business.
I love helping startups, and currently do this in my spare time, but it would be great if my website/product took off so that i can spend more time helping people.

I have a 'new-ish' concept (Automated Content repurposing tool)

          https://www.spreadtech.online/

I have a fair amount of BETA signups (163) However, I still don't feel like my idea is validated at all...

I was also very interested in the AI/automated aspect.

This converted me though - can't miss out on a freebie like that

          "GOOD NEWS!

The Big Ideas Report is usually $250 (£199), but for a short period it will be absolultly FREE"

          Spelling mistake though "absolutely"

Well that's 164 now :) great concept, it saves people a lot of time. I will be interested to see how it works. Have you started outreaching to youtube channels? That should bring in quite a few signups.

Thanks for the feedback and for finding the spelling mistake.

I have cold emailed 3 youtubers (I even repurposed their videos into blog posts for them) and got no reply...

I know I shouldn't give up after 3, but each blog post repurpose took ages to do, and to get no replies sucked hahaha. I and my sales partner are using her Linkedin sales Nav to track down content creators and are mass emailing them as of next week.

Thank you SOOOO MUCH for signing up! Can I ask you what content you produce/plan on producing? :)

              1. 2

How big were the youtubers you contacted? If they are too big they might ignore most messages.

Don't give up, i think you are on to something. Hopefully the Linkedin Sales Nav works out. Otherwise you could always use facebook ads to drive some traffic and see how many signups you get.

I don't produce any content yet, but considering creating a startup blog for bigideas to improve SEO.

                1. 3

They were ranging from 10-50k subs. So not huge, but I get your point tbf

Thank you for your kind words, really means a lot!

I have had a few signups from a little FB ad I ran. However, I will scale it when for when I launch and can get real paid customers.

You defo should for SEO purposes. It could transform your business. Import the blog to Medium and Indiehackers. Then create a thread for it on Twitter. Get the most out of it that you can! :)

Collecting data from your users in a respectful and compliant way is complicated.

Most of the entrants in the market come from marketing and legal backgrounds and have the KPI of "How much data can we collect and still be compliant?"

We incorporated consentry.org as a nonprofit, and we design our product around the end user experience. If people understand how you are using their data, they're more likely to engage in a long-term, trusting relationship with your brand.

    That's our hypothesis, anyway :)

    1. 2

It sounds like a hypothesis that is correct - but needs testing.

All the best to you! :)

I am obsessed with video because it's an extremely powerful communication tool. I like building complex tools. I like making them futuristic and simple to use.

I felt video editing was complex and wanted to help make it simple.

By making an intuitive interface inspired by my taste, intuition, the intuition of others, and what I have learned from tools like Canva.

Probably too personal. I need to dial it back.

I built it for a friend, after completion and he loved it, I figure others may also want a simple tool for route optimizations and management.

I usually work on multiple projects, with different teams. Switching Trello, Slack, etc... between projects and teams was painful. https://www.simpletasking.com , lets me switch between projects with one click and be on top of updates for all my projects.

    I'll start

I started https://www.spreadtech.online/ as I saw how many entrepreneurs and content marketers were missing out on 1000's of traffic every month, as they didn't repurpose and scale their content.

Repurposing content isn't a popular thing (yet) and there's no automated way to do this. Until Spread.

I am creating automated software to repurpose and eventually upload/schedule your content for you.

Very personal. I'm scratching my own itch, as I am a content marketer by heart.
