Why do you need a WhatsApp ticketing and communications app?

I am planning a WhatsApp ticketing web and mobile app for small businesses features like:

• Ticketing of incoming messages
• Teams
• Assign Message to teams/people
• Take notes and tag colleagues
• Auto-response and reminders

I need your help to learn more about how you use whatsapp as a communication tool for your business.
