Why does everyone hate my SaaS UX

I can not figure out why my churn on both https://obeatow.com and https://imgartfiscreator.club. I get tons of horrible feedback on Imgartfis and Obeatows signups have decreased drastically.

What the absolute f*cking hell is going on. Get tons of complaints on every product I build.
