Why final bid control should be separate from proposal writing
Most RFP software focuses on helping teams create the response.
We kept seeing a different problem: by the time a bid is ready to submit, the document has passed through multiple edits, reviewers, AI-generated content and evidence sources. A requirement can be marked “done” while the final release candidate no longer proves it.
That is why we built REQVERA as a separate final-control layer rather than another proposal-writing platform.
It connects the buyer requirements, approved evidence and the exact version being submitted, so teams can catch unsupported claims, missing requirements and release blockers before the bid reaches the buyer.
The principle is simple: keep the proposal stack you already use; control the final output before submission.
We’re still early and particularly interested in how bid teams currently handle this final verification step manually.

1Not 1:1. I’d treat Google ranking and AI citation as adjacent signals rather than the same metric. Strong organic visibility can help a page get discovered, but citation seems to depend more on whether the content is easy to retrieve and verify: clear entities, specific claims, sourceable facts, tight topical relevance, and passages that answer a question directly. So I’m tracking both separately for REQVERA: **SERP visibility tells us whether we’re being found; AI citations tell us whether the content is becoming reference-worthy.** I’m especially interested in where those two start to diverge.4 days ago Reply

1That distinction is useful. The divergence between ranking and citation may end up being the more valuable signal — especially if pages can become reference-worthy in AI results without first becoming dominant in traditional search.4 days ago Reply
