If you do any SEO or link building, you probably know the sinking feeling: you spend hours (and thousands of dollars) on guest posts, tiered backlinks, or launching new landing pages—only to realize weeks later that Google never actually indexed them.
And an unindexed link provides zero link equity and zero organic traffic.
The Problem with Google Search Console (GSC):
When we started managing larger SEO campaigns alongside our link indexing service, we hit three massive bottlenecks with existing tools:
No Backlink Verification: GSC only works for domains you own. You can't inspect external backlinks, guest posts, or competitor pages.
The 3–4 Day Data Lag: GSC data is historical. When purchasing links or running audits, you need live SERP data today, not next week.
Severe Quotas: Manually running site:url checks or using URL inspection for 10,000+ pages is physically impossible.
What We Built: SpeedyIndex Google Index Checker
To solve our own team's headache, we built Bulk Google Index Checker — a dedicated tool and REST API designed specifically for high-speed, live verification:
Massive Scale: Upload up to 100,000 URLs in a single .txt file (~1,000 links/minute). • Live SERP Data: Directly checks Google's live results (no stale cached database) with 99.9% accuracy.
Proof of Indexation: Pulls the exact live title from Google search results so SEOs can generate client-ready Excel reports.
Developer-First API: A high-throughput google index checker api ( https://en.speedyindex.com/api.php ) with SDK examples in Python, PHP, and Node.js for automated monitoring pipelines.
Pay-as-you-go: No forced monthly subscriptions. Tokens start from $0.0007/check and never expire.
What's next?
We recently added support for Bing Index Checking (crucial for ChatGPT/AI visibility) and are continuously refining our parsing infrastructure to handle Google's frequent SERP updates.
We offer 100 free tokens upon registration so anyone can test the accuracy on their problem URLs: https://en.speedyindex.com/google-index-checker/
I’d love to hear your feedback or answer any questions about crawling, indexation bottlenecks, and handling large-scale SERP data!
Great question, Aryan!
When we launched, we assumed most users would run 1k–5k batches for standard guest post audits. But we quickly saw three distinct user profiles pushing into tens of thousands of URLs:
Link Building Agencies & PBN Operators:
Agencies running large-scale outreach or managing Tier-2 / supporting link campaigns for dozens of clients. They regularly bulk-audit 20k–50k URLs to verify vendor deliverables before releasing milestone payments (since an unindexed link is essentially dead spend).
Programmatic SEO & Large E-Commerce Publishers:
Sites generating thousands of programmatic pages (directory listings, comparison pages, faceted search URLs). Google Search Console has a 3–4 day data lag and sample caps, so they need live SERP data immediately after deployment to spot indexing drop-offs.
API & SaaS Integrations:
Devs and marketing tool builders who hooked our REST API directly into their internal monitoring scripts to run daily/weekly automated index verification across client portfolios.
The 100k limit was built from the start because parsing SERPs concurrently via our distributed worker queue takes almost the same architectural effort as 10k, but eliminates batching headaches for power users.
What scale of URL audits do you typically deal with in your workflow?
The jump from a team bottleneck to a 100k-URL checker is substantial. Curious what kind of users are actually pushing the tool to that scale so far.
