Why has my Landing Page conversions dropped?

quick changes:

• work email looks like a button. Actually I had to click it to know it's an input. (align the text to the left)
• move it to the left and put the button to the right from the input

I think the page looks good. The conversion drop could be for what I say, it doesn't look too clear where you can subscribe

From a quick look at the landing page it is quite clear what you do. You have also included all the classic landing page elements. Perhaps the issue is related to the type of referrals you are getting. Do you know how visitors typically arrive at your site?

The bullet-point starting "Get client bank statements" has an extra space after 'statements' and a missing word at the end.

Watching the video, one of the most appealing features is automated reminders -- the service prompts clients to provide any missing documents. You might want to move that earlier in the sentence? And maybe phrase "finding attachments" as "searching for attachments" or "digging through emails for an attachment".
