Why HTML Title use "CMS" term?

Drupal.org declares on home page that is "best digital experience platform (DXP) on the web", also in https://www.drupal.org/docs/understanding-drupal/overview-of-drupal declares that is a CMF (Content Management Framerwork), and also there are lots of examples related with several uses of Drupal on enterprises ecosystems https://www.drupal.org/industries. Drupal is a DXP and a CMF, but not only a CMS. Then why the HTML title still maintain the 'CMS' term? CMS is one of the uses of Drupal. IMHO, using "CMS" at HTML title is maintaining the idea about that Drupal is still "only" a CMS (Ex: Search engine results gives the idea about Drupal is only a CMS due HTML title). CMF or DXP are not secondary, marketing or peripheral terms, those terms give a better idea of what Drupal is doing/being now.
