Why I Almost Quit (and why I didn’t)

Three months ago, I was honestly close to shutting this down.

The data pipeline kept breaking.
People didn’t “get” the product.
Revenue? Zero.

It felt like I was building a lot but moving nowhere.

What changed wasn’t motivation. It was clarity:

• Picked one clear problem: finding stealth founders

• Removed features that sounded cool but confused users

• Spent more time talking than coding (50+ real conversations)

That flipped everything.

Today:
✔️ First paying customers
✔️ Clear roadmap
✔️ Real momentum (finally)

Big lesson for me:
Build less. Listen more.
