Why I am giving 40% of my AI SaaS revenue to affiliates instead of paying for Ads.

When I built Write Ababil360 (an autonomous AI book creation engine for KDP publishers), I faced the classic SaaS dilemma: How do I scale?

I had two choices:

  1. Burn thousands of dollars on Google and Meta Ads, paying for empty clicks and feeding the algorithm.

  2. Build an army of elite partners and share the real profit with them.

I chose the latter. Here is why:

Paid ads are a zero-sum game. Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) is skyrocketing, and you pay regardless of whether you get a paying user.

Instead, I decided to take my entire ad budget and give it directly to the marketers, bloggers, and creators who actually bring in results.

Why a massive 40% commission? Because standard 10-20% SaaS commissions don't motivate top-tier affiliates. I don't want casual promoters; I want serious business partners. If you help me scale my product, you deserve a massive cut of the MRR.

What are you promoting? Write Ababil360 isn't just another ChatGPT wrapper. It’s an elite publishing engine:

  • 1-Click 10-Chapter Generation: Zero manual typing for the author.

  • Auto KDP Formatting: 100% Amazon compliant margins.

  • Pixel-Perfect Export: Instant print-ready PDF and EPUB generation.

The Partner Deal: 🀝 40% Flat Commission on every single sale (Plans from $17 to $49/mo). πŸͺ 30-Day Cookie Tracking. πŸ“Š Custom Partner Dashboard for 100% transparent tracking.

I am looking for a few elite marketers to grow with. Let’s stop feeding ad networks and start building real wealth together.

I like that you're treating affiliate payouts as customer acquisition spend rather than a separate expense. If a partner consistently brings qualified customers, sharing more of the upside can make more sense than paying for clicks that may never convert. The interesting part will be whether the higher commission attracts partners who genuinely understand your audience, not just more affiliates.
