Why I build OZYDO

I built Ozydo from a real problem I faced in my own small furnishing business.

For years, I noticed that most invoicing tools were either too expensive, too complicated, or built for large companies instead of everyday businesses like ours. We needed something simple to create estimates, invoices, and track payments, but most tools felt hard to use.

I also saw the same struggle with many freelancers and local service professionals around me — carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and small contractors. Many of them had no proper billing system. Some used notebooks, some used WhatsApp messages, and others depended on Excel sheets.

The turning point came when I received a furnishing enquiry from a potential client. I sent the estimate using Excel. Later, the order was cancelled. The client felt our business was not professional enough because the quotation looked basic and outdated. That moment made me realize how many small businesses lose trust and opportunities simply because they don’t have modern billing tools.

We also looked at tools like Tally, but for many small business owners it felt complex, old-fashioned, and not easy to learn quickly.

So we created Ozydo — an affordable and easy-to-use invoicing and business platform made for freelancers and small businesses.

With Ozydo, users can create professional invoices and estimates in seconds, use multiple languages, install it instantly as a PWA, and keep working from mobile or desktop — even without internet.

Our goal is simple: help small businesses look professional, save time, and grow with the right tools.
