Most help desks are built around email and charge per agent. That never matched the teams I kept running into: indie game studios with a busy Discord server, small SaaS teams sharing a Gmail inbox, solo founders answering DMs at midnight. Their customers do not live in a ticket portal. They live in Discord, Slack and their inbox.
So I built InboxBarn. It pulls messages from Discord, Slack, Telegram, Teams, email and a website widget into one shared inbox. When you reply, the answer lands back on the channel the customer started in, so they never have to leave their tool or create an account just to ask a question.
The pricing is the part I care about most. It is free for up to 5 teammates and 5 dollars a month for up to 25, with every channel on every plan. No per-agent math.
It is early and I am building in public. If you run support out of a chat platform and have opinions about what is broken, I would genuinely like to hear them.
