Why I built a trivia game into my remote communication product

I just published an article about why I built a trivia game into our remote communication tool.

As a remote worker, I really struggled to feel present with my team and often found that I was pretty lonely. Games with my coworkers were a fantastic way to bond virtually. I wanted to bring that into my product.

Check out our story of us of us building that tool! Hopefully we can inspire others to build games into their products too, when it makes sense 😍

Let me know what you think! Are there any other interesting types of games that we can build to help teams bond more closely? 🤔

P.S. First post from me on the IH community. I've been a lurker for a while!

I also have a thoughts about some kanban board as a product within project manager simulation game.

But truly doubt it will be interested for end users.

      Yep, it’s definitely an experiment!

We’re getting some interest and engagement with the feature so far but we’ll see whether we see a significantly uptick in our conversion funnels!

I like the idea of product gamification.

But really interested how many users would spent their time on game features and how many would not because of lack of time.
