Why I Built ClientProof

I built ClientProof because I kept seeing the same problem everywhere: good work was getting delivered through a messy process.

Project updates were scattered across email threads. Files lived in random Drive folders. Feedback came through chat. Approvals happened somewhere else. And even after all that, clients still asked, “Can you send me the latest version?”

The problem was not that people were doing bad work. The problem was that the delivery experience made good work feel disorganized.

Most of the tools I found were either too heavy, too complex, or built around forcing clients into yet another login. That never felt right to me. Clients do not want another system to learn. They just want one clear place where they can see what is happening.

So I built ClientProof around a simple idea:

send one link, and your client sees everything that matters.

Updates, files, progress, approvals — all in one clean place. No confusion. No messy handoff. No “please check your inbox, Drive, and that Notion page.”

ClientProof exists because client delivery should feel as professional as the work itself.
