Why I Built Codoh Cab with Old-School Tech
I was laid off at 46, with limited savings and only a few working years left. Instead of seeing it as the end, I chose to treat it as a new beginning. I leaned on my old-school tech stack and built Codoh Cab — a small, deployable Change Management System focused on simplicity, clarity, and real-world value.
It’s not flashy, but it represents resilience and the belief that you can still create something useful even with limited resources. If I can make it through this difficult stage, I hope to reinvest in building even better products with modern technologies — while keeping the same focus on usability and real-world impact.
This journey isn’t about building the next big startup. It’s about proving that with persistence and focus, even small steps can create real impact.
I don’t know where this path will lead, but I believe that staying consistent and building with care will eventually open the right doors.

The toughest part was deciding which features to build — they had to be simple but still solve real problems. If I aimed too big, I’d risk burning out. Staying consistent and motivated was just as hard as the technical work itself.
