I’m Alex, an engineer at PostHog. Working there showed me how powerful a good handbook can be — it’s literally the backbone of the team. You don’t ask, you check the handbook. And if the answer isn’t there, you add it. Everyone contributes, and the company runs smoother.

But when most teams try to create a handbook, they get stuck at page one. Starting is hard — editing is easy.

That’s why I built HandbookHub. It uses AI to generate your structure, draft content, and even autocomplete policies as you write. Plus, you can ask questions right in Slack with /handbook.
