Why I Built Launch Studio (Instead of Another Feature)

Most early-stage founders don’t have a feature problem.
They have a sequencing problem.

They’re building while:

  • Unsure which segment to commit to

  • Avoiding a hard positioning decision

  • Confusing motion with progress

I built Launch Studio because I kept seeing the same pattern — and lived it myself.

Pre-PMF is not a marketing problem.
It’s a decision architecture problem.

Launch Studio forces three decisions most founders defer:

  1. Who exactly are you building for?

  2. What is actually blocking revenue?

  3. What is the smallest strategic execution path forward?

No templates.
No “10x growth hacks.”
Just structured execution pressure.

Still early.
Still testing positioning.
Would love to hear how others here think about pre-PMF chaos.
